90 Day Biz Builder Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the "90 Day Biz Builder" program, offered by Kristina Persson of Can't Get a Text Back L.L.C., located at 3810 Falling Acorn Circle, Lake Mary, FL 32746. By proceeding with the payment, you ("the Client") agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Program Description: You are enrolling in the "90 Day Biz Builder" program, which includes 12 weekly 1-hour coaching sessions and 3 optional 30-minute business operations sessions.

  2. Payment Options: The total fee for the program is $2,250 USD. You have the option to pay in full or choose 3 monthly installments of $825 USD. Payment is processed securely through the provided link. Access to the program is granted once payment is confirmed.

  3. Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required. Failure to provide notice will result in the forfeiture of the session without compensation.

  4. No Refunds: All payments are final. No refunds will be provided for cancellations or dissatisfaction with the program. If you choose to discontinue participation mid-program, you are still obligated to complete any remaining payments.

  5. Confidentiality: All information shared during the program is confidential and will not be disclosed outside of our sessions, except as required by law.

  6. Limitations of Liability: The program is designed to support your business growth, but success is not guaranteed. Kristina Persson and Can't Get a Text Back L.L.C. are not liable for any direct or indirect financial losses or any other damages incurred as a result of participating in the program.

  7. Intellectual Property: Materials provided during the program are for your personal and non-commercial use only. These materials are the property of Can't Get a Text Back L.L.C.

  8. Agreement to Terms: By completing your payment, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
